When should I expect my order?

Paradise Aroma offers FREE shipping for all domestic USA orders!

All orders ship within one business day via USPS from our farms in California.

Orders typically take 2-4 business days to be delivered.

Tracking information is provided via email from upon shipment of your order from support@paradisearoma.com

How does the Eucalyptus Stay Fresh?

To keep your eucalyptus fresh, we include a hydration pack in each bundle and ship via expedited methods.

This ensures maximum freshness upon arrival. For best results, open the package promptly upon delivery and enjoy the invigorating aroma!

How do I hang my Eucalyptus in the shower?

We've got everything you need covered in your eucalyptus bundle! Along with instructions, we've included a twine ribbon for easy tying to your shower head.

But if you prefer, we've also included an adhesive hook for even more flexibility. So, just sit back, relax, and bask in the spa-like experience of eucalyptus in your own shower!

How long does Eucalyptus last in the shower?

Your eucalyptus is freshest within the first two weeks and can last up to a month in the shower. Replace it weekly or monthly as desired.

After use, repurpose your eucalyptus as a beautiful vase decoration instead of tossing it out. Enjoy the benefits of eucalyptus in your shower and beyond!

How does the subscription work?

When you sign up for our subscription, we'll make sure you receive a fresh new batch of eucalyptus every month - without you having to lift a finger!

By default, we send out the deliveries every month, but if you want to adjust the frequency to your liking, you totally can.

If you need to pause or cancel your subscription at any time, no problem! You can do it yourself through your online account in the website footer or login through the menu.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Don't worry, cancelling your subscription is easy! All you have to do is head on over to our subscription center in the footer of our website or just shoot us an email.

You can cancel anytime before your next order ships, so you're totally in control.

How do I know the status of my order?

When you order online, we add it to our queue and take great care in picking, packing, and shipping your eucalyptus for speedy delivery. You'll receive tracking info and a link to our shipping carrier's site, where you can sign up for text or email updates on your bundle's journey.
