At Paradise Aroma, freshness is our top priority. Our eucalyptus and lavender bundles are hand-harvested and perishable, so our shipping practices are carefully structured to ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition.

Please allow 1โ€“2 business days (Monday through Friday) for us to process and prepare your order for shipment.

  • All orders are shipped with a tracking number
  • An expedited shipping option is available at checkout
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email or SMS

Processing time does not include transit time.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Shipping Schedule

To protect product freshness, we ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, with the following guidelines:

  • Monday & Tuesday:
    Orders may ship to all eligible U.S. destinations based on the shipping method.
  • Wednesday:
    Orders will ship only to destinations with an estimated transit time of two (2) business days or less, as provided by the carrier. This helps prevent packages from sitting at carrier facilities over the weekend, which may affect freshness.

We do not ship on Thursdays, Fridays, weekends, or federal holidays.

Shipping eligibility on Wednesdays is determined by carrier-provided transit estimates and may vary by destination.

Once a package is in the carrierโ€™s possession, delivery timing and handling are the responsibility of the carrier. Paradise Aroma is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions or natural events
  • Carrier operational delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Delays related to high shipping volumes or service disruptions

Shipping delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund due to the perishable nature of our products.

Because our products are natural and perishable, variations in appearance, moisture, and scent may occur during transit. While we take every precaution to package orders properly, transit conditions are outside of our control.
