Return & Refund Policy

At Paradise Aroma, every eucalyptus and lavender bundle is hand-harvested from our organic farm in San Diego, California. Because our products are fresh, natural, and perishable, we’ve created a policy that protects product quality while offering fair resolutions if something goes wrong.


🌿 No Returns on Perishable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our eucalyptus and lavender bundles, we do not accept physical returns. Once an order leaves our farm, it cannot be resold or restocked.


💚 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, moldy, incorrect, or dried out beyond normal expectations for fresh eucalyptus during transit, we’re here to help.

We accept refund or replacement requests within 60 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, please email support@paradisearoma.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days. If your claim is approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, based on your preference.

Claim Limitations

To ensure fairness for all customers, we reserve the right to limit refunds or replacements in cases of repeated claims that appear abusive, excessive, or inconsistent with normal product use.


🔁 Refund Details

  • Approved refunds are processed within 2–3 business days to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if a product refund is approved.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

📦 Subscription Policy

Paradise Aroma offers subscription plans delivering hand-selected eucalyptus bundle, eucalyptus with lavender bundles, and shower mist bottle on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule.

Automatic Billing

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize automatic recurring charges to your selected payment method based on your chosen delivery frequency. Subscriptions will continue to renew until canceled.


Managing Your Subscription

You can update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through our secure self-service portal:

Changes must be made before your next billing date to take effect and avoid charges for the upcoming cycle.


Cancellation & Refunds

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded due to the perishable nature of our products. Please manage or cancel your subscription ahead of your billing date to prevent unwanted charges.
